Cancellations
Policy
We ask that you please provide a minimum of 48hrs notice for any custom cake cancellations. If you cancel within less than 48hrs from your scheduled pickup date we cannot guarantee that you will receive a full refund. To cancel your order please CALL and ask to speak with a bakery clerk for immediate assistance.
No Shows
Prepayment is taken for all custom cake orders, if you do not show up and do not contact us no refund will be given.
